Shipping policy

Should your delivered courier items arrive with any defects or damage, we gladly

accept returns. To facilitate this process, we kindly request that you share a video

recording taken while unboxing the package. Please send this video to

rozellaindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

Several shipping modalities are available for your Rozella India purchase. In certain

situations, a third-party supplier, responsible for inventory management, will fulfill

the shipment of your order. We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within

India, with an anticipated delivery window of 4 to 6 business days. Shipping to

destinations outside of India will incur applicable charges. Subsequent to your order

placement, we will communicate any pertinent supplementary shipping information.
